These terms are the operating rules of a reference archive, written to be short enough to read once. Last reviewed against dated public sources.
1 Standing and trademarks
This site is independent and non-commercial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Game Science (游戏科学), and it does not speak for the studio in any way. Black Myth: Zhong Kui, Black Myth: Wukong and all related names, artwork and marks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the subject of the record. Nothing on these pages is a license to present yourself as connected to the studio or to this archive.
2 A dated record, not a warranty
Every entry states the date it was true and links to the source open on that date. That design is the product, but it also limits the promise: a pre-launch record goes stale without warning, because registries, storefronts and official channels change without announcing it. The archive is provided as is, with no warranty that any page remains current after its last review, and no liability for decisions made from it. If you are checking whether something is true today, the source link beside the claim is one click away on purpose.
3 Quotations, images and their licenses
Game-side material is quoted under fair-reporting practice: short verbatim lines, each attached to the original upload or page and never re-hosted; the trailers stay on YouTube behind a click-to-load card. Historical and artistic material is included only where it is public domain or openly licensed, credited in place with its holding institution, dating and attribution certainty. That certainty never gets upgraded here: where a museum says «attributed to», this archive says «attributed to». Third-party quotations and images remain the property of their owners; the credits on each page are the record of what license travels with what file.
4 Using and citing the archive
You may read, quote and link everything here freely; linking to a page is always better than copying it, because the page carries its own dates and source pointers. If you cite this archive, cite it the way it cites itself: as an independent compilation of dated records, and pass through the underlying source links rather than stopping at our summary of them. Automated scraping that mirrors the whole corpus defeats the point of a record whose value is its dating, so mass replication is not invited; small, credited excerpts are.
5 Corrections and changes to these terms
Corrections are welcome and expected, and they follow the ledger's rule: an accepted fix is added as a new dated entry beside the old one, never as a silent edit, and an article link plus the entry id (for example BKZ-033) is how you get one processed quickly. Write to [email protected]. These terms may be revised as the archive's practice changes; the revision is effective when the page is rebuilt, and the footer carries the review date of what you are reading.
